Since UNNF is a reporting only mechanism,
UNNF recommends reporting copyright infringement directly
to the ISP that you use to download content from and also
recommends consulting the AUP and copyright infringement
statements by your ISP. All copyright infringement notices
received will be forwarded to EasyNews, our Usenet provider.
Usenet News Flash Privacy Statement
UNNF does not keep logs of reports
or copies of reports of its subscribers. UNNF does not sell
or redistribute email addresses or user preferences to any
firms, marketing agencies or otherwise.
Usenet News Flash Child Pornography Policy
UNNF defines child pornography (CP) as defined
in US Code: Title 18, Section 2256, and does not support
any form of CP. UNNF recommends reporting any Child Pornography
directly to abuse@usenetnewsflash.com. UNNF provides access
to a worldwide network usenet content. Currently, Usenet
has over 100,000 peer-to-peer hosts and over 60 million
individual participants worldwide. Over 1 million articles
(text or binary) are uploaded each day. UNNF provides reports
reflecting that content and location based on users preferences.
There are no restrictions or rules that govern the content
received by these reports. There are individuals that will
post illegal content, such as CP. If we are alerted to it,
it is our policy to forward that information to EasyNews,
our Usenet feed provider.
